My name is Conor and I run a garden maintenance business in Dumbartonshire and parts of Argyll & Bute area.

I started the business in early 2022 after spending years working for different landscaping and garden maintenance companies and spending time learning the ins and outs of the job. After years of ‘doing my time’ I grew frustrated working for these companies and not being listened to and doing work that didn’t have a high degree of job satisfaction. I was constantly thinking of ways I could do things better if I was to take a chance and start things on my own, which got me thinking.

I started planning over the winter time and doing endless amounts of research figuring out how I could make this a idea feasible. It was closing in on spring time so I took my savings and sunk them into a van, and all the tools I needed to do the work I wanted to do to, at the standard I’d expect it to be. It was definitely the toughest thing I’ve ever had to do to but I always knew I could rely on myself to get things done so there was never a doubt to what direction things would head. I now have a successful year behind me and I am pushing on trying to constantly improve and expand as a business to bring the most stream-lined, high quality, reliable garden maintenance service in the surrounding area.
